Bitcoin at Boomerang
Bitcoin is the coin most people mean when they say "crypto", and the one whose quirks are best documented: blocks arrive roughly every ten minutes on average, fees rise and fall with demand, and its price moves enough to matter between a win and a sale. For a casino payment that translates into three practical questions — how fast will it confirm, what will it cost to send, and what will it be worth when I cash out. The set of methods and limits depends on your account — check the cashier. Whether Bitcoin is offered for your account is visible in the cashier once you log in.
Depositing Bitcoin
- Select Bitcoin in the cashier and copy the deposit address, or scan the QR code.
- Check whether the address is on-chain (the usual case) or whether the cashier offers a separate Lightning option; do not mix the two.
- Check the minimum deposit in BTC.
- In your wallet choose a fee level. A fee that is too low can leave the deposit waiting in the queue for hours.
- Send, then watch confirmations in your wallet or a block explorer. The cashier credits once it has the number of confirmations it requires.
Paste addresses rather than typing them, and on your first deposit send a small test amount.
Withdrawing Bitcoin
Enter your BTC address and the amount, then wait for the operator's approval — identity verification, a check of active bonuses and possibly an extra review on a first or large payout. After approval the cashier converts your balance into BTC and broadcasts the transaction. The network fee for payouts may be covered by the operator or deducted from the amount; the cashier or payment terms say which. Once sent, a Bitcoin transaction cannot be recalled.
Fees and timing in practice
| Factor | What drives it | What you can do |
|---|---|---|
| Network fee | Demand for block space | Send at quieter times; avoid tiny deposits |
| Confirmation time | Fee level and network load | Choose a realistic fee instead of the lowest |
| Crediting | Confirmations required by the operator | Check the cashier note before sending |
| Value at cash-out | BTC price between payout and sale | Decide in advance when you will convert |
Price movement: a worked example
Illustrative example, not Boomerang's terms: you deposit BTC worth 150 units, the cashier credits 150, you win and withdraw 400 units' worth of BTC. If Bitcoin drops 6% before you sell on an exchange, you receive about 376 units before exchange fees; if it rises 6%, about 424. Neither outcome has anything to do with the game — it is the cost, or bonus, of holding a volatile asset. Players who want stable value tend to prefer USDT; those wanting lower fees often look at Litecoin.
Bitcoin and bonuses
Some promotions exclude crypto deposits or attach separate wagering to them. Because the bonus is calculated on the amount the cashier credits after conversion, a deposit sent just above the qualifying amount can be credited just below it if the price dips while you wait for confirmations. Send with a margin, and read our bonus terms checklist first. General crypto principles are on the crypto payments page.
